These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the entity that operates Sima (“Sima”, “we”, “us” or “our”) regarding your use of Sima’s websites, products and services.
By creating an account, accessing Sima or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Sima on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
01 Agreement to these Terms
You may use Sima only if you can legally enter into these Terms and your use of the service is permitted under applicable law.
Additional terms may apply to particular Sima features or services. When additional terms apply, they become part of your agreement with Sima for those features.
02 The Sima service
Sima provides tools for creating, managing and publishing websites and web experiences. Depending on the features available to your account, Sima may include visual design tools, reusable components, themes, structured data, user-management features, workflows, AI-assisted functionality and publishing services.
Features may change as Sima develops. Some functionality may be experimental, limited, unavailable on certain plans or introduced gradually.
03 Accounts
You may need a Sima account to use parts of the service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping it reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Sima or use the applicable account-recovery process as soon as reasonably possible.
04 Workspaces, roles and access
Sima may allow multiple people to participate in a workspace or project. Workspace owners and authorized administrators are responsible for managing membership, roles and access.
Actions performed by a workspace member may affect shared projects, published websites, data and other workspace resources according to the permissions assigned to that member.
Only grant workspace access to people who should be able to view or modify the resources available to their assigned role.
05 Your content
You retain your rights in content you create, upload or provide through Sima, subject to any rights owned by third parties.
You grant Sima the rights necessary to host, process, reproduce, transmit and display your content solely as reasonably required to operate, secure and provide the service and the features you request.
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions and legal basis needed to upload, use and publish it.
Content you publish
When you publish a website or application, content intended for public access may become available to anyone who can access the published site.
06 Publishing
Sima may allow you to create published versions of a project and designate a version to serve as the live website or application.
You are responsible for reviewing what you publish, including content, links, permissions, data exposure and other configuration that may affect visitors or users of your published project.
Publishing does not transfer responsibility for the published content or business represented by that website to Sima.
07 AI-assisted features
Sima may provide AI-assisted features that help create, modify or organize project content and structure.
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on or publishing it.
The availability, limits and capabilities of AI features may depend on your plan and may change as the product develops.
AI assistance does not replace your responsibility to review content, permissions, data handling and other project behavior before publishing.
08 Acceptable use
You may not use Sima in a way that violates law, harms other people or interferes with the operation or security of the service.
In particular, you may not use Sima to:
- Access or attempt to access systems, accounts or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, malicious code or content intended to compromise systems.
- Abuse, overload, disrupt or circumvent technical restrictions of the service.
- Violate the intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights of another person.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive manner.
- Use Sima to facilitate fraud, unlawful activity or other prohibited conduct.
- Attempt to bypass limits associated with your account, plan or permissions.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable steps to protect Sima, its users and third parties.
09 Plans, subscriptions and billing
Sima may offer free and paid plans with different limits and entitlements. Current plan information is presented on the Sima pricing page or during checkout.
Paid subscriptions may provide additional published-site capacity, domain features, AI usage, workspace capabilities or other entitlements.
Charges, billing intervals, renewals, taxes, refunds and cancellation rules are governed by the terms presented when you purchase the applicable subscription and any additional billing terms made available to you.

Sima may interact with third-party services, websites, integrations, domain providers or other external systems.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Sima is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected third-party services complies with any terms that apply to them.
11 Service availability and changes
We work to make Sima reliable, but we do not promise that every feature will be available without interruption or error.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure failures, security events, third-party dependencies or other circumstances.
We may modify, add or remove features as Sima develops. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice where required by applicable law or our agreement with you.
12 Suspension and termination
You may stop using Sima and may be able to cancel paid subscriptions through the applicable account or billing controls.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security risks, fraud, unlawful activity, non-payment or material harm to Sima or others.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will try to provide notice before taking action. Immediate action may be necessary where continued access creates a security, legal or operational risk.
13 Sima intellectual property
Sima and its licensors retain all rights in the service itself, including Sima software, product design, branding, documentation and other materials provided by Sima.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Sima platform to you.
Subject to these Terms, Sima grants you a limited right to access and use the service for its intended purpose while your account is permitted to do so.
14 Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sima is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing your project before publishing and for determining whether Sima is appropriate for your specific technical, business, regulatory and legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sima will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Any monetary limitation on Sima’s aggregate liability should be set out in the final legally reviewed version of these Terms and may depend on the jurisdiction and commercial relationship involved.
Legal review required Insert the final liability cap and any jurisdiction-specific exclusions only after review by qualified counsel.
16 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Sima develops or when legal, regulatory or operational requirements change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will identify the latest version. Where required, we may provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
Continuing to use Sima after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those changes where permitted by applicable law.
